You can now create multiple sets of periods for your rooms!
Each set called a Schedule, and each room group can operate on its own different schedule.
This highly-requested feature lets your separate your different types of bookable resources from each other and let users book them at different times from the rest of them.
For example, your IT rooms can run on the school’s timetabled periods, and your community facilities or meeting rooms can run on an hourly schedule.
The new Schedules page replaces the previous Periods page, and it is now quicker and easier to manage periods.
Once you’ve set up your schedules and their periods, you can specify a schedule for each room group using the Schedules tab within the Session.
